Remembering Mikey
I've tried at least 4 different times to draw Mike both when he was alive and since he passed away and found that he is really stinkin hard to draw! Well I decided to pull out my art supplies a few weeks ago and I thought I should try again. So I started the layout and realized that the top of his head and his chin would be cut off if I continued to draw it at that scale. After some thought I decided it wouldn't be a bad idea to practice on since he proved to be so hard in the past. Well as you can see my practice turned out AMAZING, aside from it not fitting on the page, and I know I couldn't duplicate it if I tried. So I decided to add a little quote from Mikey on the side to take up the rest of the space and to serve as a cute memory. Mike loved Will Ferrell's impression of Harry Caray and quoted him all the time and this was one of his favorites.

Thanks for all the support and love you have shown me over this past little while and all of the comments that you post on my blog - they mean a whole lot to me and I keep them close to my heart! I'm glad you enjoy my comments, sometimes I worry that I'm annoying you :) So it's good to hear.
